Welcome!:
My name is Melanie.Ps - the creative, trend-savvy and eclectic creator behind The Purple Scarf! I'm a lifelong student of the world, always trying new things and viewing the familiar with a new perspective that I love to share here on The Purple Scarf.

I have an insatiable lust to explore and travel and enjoy acting like a tourist in my beautiful city of Toronto! My love of travel and culture has taken me to some very amazing places including Antarctica! I'm always willing to weave tales of my unusual exploits over a glass of fine wine or cheap beer.

I am firmly convinced that a stunning piece of art work or a fabulous pair of shoes can cure almost anything. I still believe in magic, the power of mascara and that beauty can be found anywhere!
