Toronto Weekend Events Listing for May 13 - 15, 2016

Yay! It's finally the weekend, and I for one am excited. Now that the weather has been getting warmer, the amount of amazing events happening around the city has grown and are going outside.

Here are my top picks for fabulous events and happenings in Toronto this weekend:

Lifestyle:
Can't wait until Woofstock, then head on down to Master Mechanic with your four-legged friend for a day of family friendly activities, food, a rooftop concert, and more at Woofest!

Exhibits & Culture:
Scotiabank CONTACT Photography Festival is in full swing and runs for the whole month of May. Check out hundreds of exhibitions, including 20 public art installations across the city!

There's not much time left to visit the amazing Viva Mexico!: Clothing and Culture exhibit at the ROM. Marvel at the bright and colourful clothing before the exhibit closes May 23.

Toronto Comic Arts Festival takes place this weekend at the Toronto Reference Library. Over 400 artists from across the globe will be there in attendance.

Food & Drink:
The second week of Veggielicious begins this weekend. Over 40 restaurants, cafes, and bakeries across Toronto are offering vegan prix-fixe meals and dishes.

Like whiskey (who doesn't :)? Looking for something unique to do? Join Urban Capers for The Great Whiskey Heist Mystery scavenger hunt in The Distillery District on Saturday.
