Skincare Review: A Temporary Miracle from L'Oreal!

L'Oreal Revitalift Miracle Blur Instant Eye Smoother Review

I have been concerned about the skin around my eye area a lot lately. Unfortunately, age and my lack of sleep has been causing my eyes and the surrounding area to not look their sparkling best! So I decided to try to find an eye cream that will help me out. So for the past several weeks I have been using the L'Oreal Revitalift Miracle Blur Instant Eye Smoother, and I have some mixed feelings about this product.

When I first started looking for different eye creams/serums to test out, the L'Oreal Miracle Blur jumped out. I mean it has miracle in it's name, and let's face it I was searching for a miracle! (Marketing at it's best:).

The closer I get to 40, (yes I know it's hard to believe), I'm noticing more lines around my eyes. I also wore contact lenses throughout most of my life, so all the tugging and pulling of the delicate skin around my eyes, did not help. Juggling my time between a full time job, my blog, my freelance work, dating, events, and spending time with friends and family, is causing me to not get the sleep that I should. I have been using Miracle Blur for several weeks and I can honestly say it does help "blur" out small lines, at least temporarily. Although I didn't see any long term results in the look of my fine lines or dark circles, Miracle Blur did make make my dark circles appear lighter and gave my under eye skin a soft-glow look.

The cream was easy to apply and felt great on. It was a little thick but easily absorbed into my skin. It provided great hydration to the skin and made my under eye concealer (which I still had to use) go on more smoothly. Overall it was a good eye cream for the temporary look of fine lines and dark circles but had no lasting effects, at least not for me. L'Oreal Revitalift Miracle Blur Instant Eye Smoother is available at mass retailers and drugstores.

P.s!: You don't have to break the bank for this product, it was less than $20!

P.s,
Melanie!
