Makeup Review: Day-to-Night Mascara from Maybelline!

Maybelline Volum' Express One-By-One Mascara Review

Some of you may already know that one of my makeup obsessions is mascara. I'm always on the hunt for the perfect mascara for the right occasion. I have my favourite night time mascara by Benefit, but I'm still on the hunt for a great mascara for every day wear. That was until I was sent Maybelline Volum' Express One-By-One Mascara in Very Black, to test out. Now the hunt is over (at least for now :).

I love this mascara! It lengthens and coats even the smallest lashes pretty well. 

And the volume after two coats is amazing! I think it has a little something to do with the large, bushy, oval shaped brush.

Maybelline Volum' Express One-By-One Mascara didn't leave any smudges or flake throughout my day and it easily washed off with some cleanser and water. It has definitely replaced my Revlon Bold Lacquer Mascara as my new day time mascara.

Although Maybelline claims that this mascara is clump free, I did notice get a few clumps and lashes sticking together after application. But I also like to coat my eyelashes with mascara several times and this mascara dries very quickly! So make sure you are fast with your eyelash comb and mascara coats!

Overall this is a fabulous mascara that goes from day to night just like my Joe Fresh lace trousers!
