Clear Scalp & Hair Hydration Shampoo, Conditioner + Mask Review
For the past several weeks, I have been using Clear Scalp & Hair Intense Hydration Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hair Treatment Mask. I have been itching (quite literally recently) to try out this brand for a while, and was excited to receive these three full size products in my Spark Sessions swag bag.Like many people, I suffer from dry skin which includes my scalp, and it gets pretty bad in the winter months. So when I found out that the Clear Haircare line "deeply nourishes the scalp" as well as "promising beautiful hair", I knew I had to try it.
I'm quite impressed with the Clear Shampoo and Daily Conditioner. They had a light fresh scent, lathered up nicely and rinsed out easily. They left my hair extremely soft and silky (even after blow drying) and very smooth. And most importantly, my scalp did not feel dry or irritated at all and was clear of dandruff.
I loved the Clear Shampoo and Conditioner so much that it was a huge disappointment when I tried the Clear Scalp & Hair Intense Hydration Treatment Mask. I didn't really notice much difference in my hair when I used the hair mask. My hair did feel soft and silky, and looked great, but it also did when I used the daily conditioner. It was only slightly shinier, with no other visible difference. This might because I colour treat my hair and require a different type of mask for my hair. I think I will stick with my L'Oreal EverPure Deep Moisture Masque.
The Clear Scalp & Hair haircare lines are available in several types (think I want to try the Damage & Colour formula next), including a haircare line designed for men. They can be found at mass retailers and drugstores for around $8.

Melanie!
