H&M Sweater, Trousers & Dr. Martens Boots Outfit
With the weather drastically turning cold and the sun rarely shining, I just want to wrap myself in soft, warm, cozy clothes and never leave the house. Unfortunately, I have a job that I need to go to that pays for necessities like food, rent, and of course clothes. So it's sometimes hard to find warm and cozy fashion that not only keeps the cold out but is fashionable as well. Not only is the sweater a beautiful dark purple colour (my fave), but it's warm and was on sale for $20!

I styled the sweater with a pair of black trousers with a funky monochromatic polka dot pattern. I love the pattern, I will be able to pair these trousers with a variety of tops in my closet. And monochromatic prints are a great way to add a print to your outfit without being overbearing. Although I couldn't find either the sweater or trouser on the H&M website, I've recently seen both available in store. I topped the outfit off with a warm and super soft faux fur infinity scarf I picked up for $10 at The National Women's Show in Toronto! I always find cool and fun accessories for a ridiculously low price at The National Women's Show. Not only did I pick up this fabulous scarf but a funky Pugs Gear slouchy toque.

And of course no winter outfit would be complete with boots. I love these comfortable canvas Dr. Martens boots at Hudson's Bay. I'm in love with the cool unique floral pattern,which is a great way to remind me that Spring is coming, hopefully sooner rather than later! And they also are on clearance right now!

This is a great outfit to wear out for a casual coffee date or Christmas shopping with the girls. And all the pieces can be integrated with my closet seamlessly.
