Moroccanoil Body Butter Review
Several months ago, I won a giveway and the prizes were three different Moroccanoil body skincare products. I was supper excited to try all three of these products, since I heard such good things about them and I regularly suffer from dry skin. The first Moroccanoil product I tried was the Body Butter. Right away I noticed was how much was in the tub. I have been using this product for a few months and I have only used about half. Which is good since the retail price is around $52.00. The Body Butter is quite thick and a little really does go a long way.
Moroccanoil recommends applying their body butter right after a shower or bath to 'lock in moisture and receive immediate skin replenishment'. I have been applying the body butter after every shower to my legs and feet. My legs can get quite dry and itchy, especially in extreme hot and cold temperatures, and the Moroccanoil Body Butter made my legs feel soft and smooth and there was hardly any itchiness anymore. I did notice that when I first started using this product that my skin felt great for the first few days after application, but if I didn't apply use it almost daily, my legs started to feel dry and itchy. But after a few months of use, this issue went away.
The Body Butter is extremely rich and thick, but goes on smoothly and absorbs quickly, with no greasy residue left on the skin. It has a light fresh scent that can dissipate after a while. Moroccanoil Body Butter contains argan oil, shea, cocoa, and mango butters, and is suitable for all skin types. It is available online or at various salons.
P.s!: I had some rough skin patches on my toes that I got from wearing strappy heels in the summer. I have been applying Moroccanoil Body Butter to them for a few months and I am happy to report that the rough patches have virtually disappeared!
P.s,
Melanie!
