My Style: Festival Flare from Express!

Heya! Festival season is in full swing across Toronto and Ontario! From music festivals to cultural and lifestyle festivals, this is the perfect time to create a comfortable and stylish look, perfect for attending some of these fabulous events!

I saw this trapeze dress from Express and immediately fell in love with the comfortable style and fit. I don't have to worry about bending over and having any wardrobe malfunctions with the high-low hemline. I also love the sparkly Aztec embellishment on the front of the dress that brings a little dazzle to the grey dress. Express categorized this dress as a cover-up, but the soft lightweight material is perfect for a long hot summer day out, enjoying some outdoor music. But because of the semi-sheer material, make sure you wear flesh coloured underclothing.

To add a little flare and some warmth when the sun goes down, I layered a denim vest I bought last summer. And to complete this look, I also wore an old pair of gladiator sandals and a fabulous fringe purse and a unique 'nail' bracelet. The outfit is so comfortable and all the pieces are interchangeable with so many other items from my closet!
