Heya! I like to relax with a facial mask over the weekend as apart of my weekly beauty routine. It's a great way to relax, help restore my skin from the previous week, and get it ready for the week ahead. It's a beauty tradition I enjoy (usually with a glass of wine:). For the past 4 weeks, I tried 3 different masks, I was sent to sample from MaskerAide. And for the past 4 weeks, my skin has felt refreshed, rejuvenated, and soft.

Style: Shopping is My Cardio!
Heya! I am a die hard Sex and The City fan and I sometimes catch myself quoting from the iconic t.v. show. From "she's fashion roadkill" to "I'm just not that into you," some of televisions funniest one liners have come from Sex and The City. And when I saw this fabulous hoodie at Sirens, printed with one of my favourite quotes from the series, I whispered to myself "Hello lover"!

Exhibit: The Enchanting World of Geishas and Divas at TMC!
Heya! 2 weeks ago I visited The Textile Museum of Canada (TMC) for the first time. What drove me to visit the TMC was one of their newest exhibits, From Geisha To Diva: The Kimonos of Ichimaru. I have always been fascinated by the Geisha lifestyle and the beautiful kimonos they wear, so much so that I was inspired to style a modern kimono from Forever 21 in one of my latest Style Posts (read it here). Geisha To Diva: The Kimonos of Ichimaru exhibit's decades worth of Ichimaru's beautiful kimonos and personal affects, as well as other geisha artifacts.

Style: I'm Not Weird, I'm Limited Edition!
Heya! I first saw this "quote" top at Sirens several months ago. Unfortunately it came in white, which is one colour I try to stay away from. Then a few weeks ago, I saw the top again, this time in grey. I had to buy it! I love it, and it explains my style perfectly, without me saying a word!

Theatre & Music: Free Intimate Performances!
Canadian Opera Company Free Music Series Review
Toronto is an
amazing city to enjoy so many arts and cultural events and performances,
many for free! One of theses great events is The COC Free Concert
Series. The COC or The Canadian Opera Company hosts, in The Richard
Bradshaw Amphitheatre at The Four Season Performing Arts building, a
season of free intimate concerts that are divided into six groups:
vocal, piano, jazz, dance, chamber, and world music.
I was fortunate to attend two of these free concerts recently.
