Style: Outdoor Fun!

Lately, I been having some fun with my winter outfits. I've been pairing unlikely clothing pieces together or mixing up fabrics and styles with recent purchases or what I already own. It's not only fun but a great way to see what hidden treasures are hanging in my closet. Here is another fun look I came up that began with a great sweater I found at Winners.

 

 

I added some faux fur accessories to not only add some whimsy to the look but also to keep me warm! I got the hat from H&M and the boots from Sirens last year. The long scarf was added and styled by my 5 year old niece. She thinks it's pretty. I think she's fabulous! To finish the look, I wore my favourite purchase this winter: my hand knitted arm warmers I picked up at a flea market. I had a lot of fun styling this and my previous look. Having fun with fashion is a great way to keep the winter blues away!

And P.s!: Don't discredit stores that might not be your usual places to shop (like Sirens). You might surprise yourself and find a fun graphic t shirt or accessories (like my boots) that you would've missed if you walked right by.
